His early years as a Listing Coordinator proved an ideal training ground for his successful career in both home and condo sales. He has lived in several areas of the city, including Sandy Hill, Centretown and South Keys, giving him a great understanding of the many communities that comprise Ottawa.
With a background in competitive gymnastics, both as an athlete and coach, he knows the value of preparation, a trait he brings to every client relationship and potential deal. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Jake ensures his clients have a skilled advocate working to secure the best possible terms.
His pleasant demeanour, strong problem-solving skills and determination to leave no stone unturned ensures he finds the right home for his clients.
Beyond serving individual clients, Jake has held various leadership positions with the Ottawa Real Estate Board, contributing to the industry’s growth and professional standards in our community.
Outside the Office
When he’s not helping clients, Jake can be found at family events with his wife and two children, Ellie and James. Their household is lively with 2 dogs and 3 cats keeping everyone entertained.
His competitive gymnastics background still influences his active lifestyle, and he continues to value the preparation and discipline that sports taught him.
Giving Back
Jake has volunteered his time with the Ottawa Humane Society, combining his love of animals with his commitment to giving back to the community.
