NOW HIRING: Selling Partner

THE DETAILS OF THE ROLE

You’ll be a Selling Partner. As such, your ultimate metric and responsibility will be to ensure clients are successful in buying and selling their homes using the technology, tools and training provided. Here are some of the key things that you’ll need to know when you take on this role:

What you will be responsible for:

WORKING WITH CLIENTS:

This shouldn’t be anything new to you. Stuff like:

  1. Working with clients to help them identify their home buying and selling needs, setting goals, and creating executable plans to accomplish their goals. Helping them navigate the home buying and home selling process quickly and efficiently.
  2. Helping clients bridge the gap between WHAT THEY WANT and WHAT THEY NEED and being the glue that helps them nail their client journey.
  3. Quarterbacking our clients and their families to take the stress out of the adventure.
  4. You will have to be able to identify and resolve actual issues that may impeded the completion of goals, NOT surface level concerns. To be clear, you’ll have to do this in a face-to-face and remote setting.
  5. You will have to support clients and their families preferably face to face but also via email and phone.

Basically, you should be a black belt in time management and operate with extreme efficiency.

What you need to know:

  • You do require a valid Ontario Real Estate Association License to sell real estate.
  • Bilingualism is a bonus! (that doesn’t mean its the only thing we are looking for)
  • 1+ years experience in buying and selling real estate is preferred.
  • Some experience in contact management and presentation technologies.
  • There is no salary, this is purely a commission based position.
  • We like a good hearty sense of humour and the ability to laugh at oneself.
