As First-Time Home Buyers you could imagine how overwhelming things can get. Ending the year on a positive note by thanking Paul Deek for helping my sons and I find the perfect home in November. It was a stressful time as I am ageing and we needed a home that would suit all our requirements. Paul found just that as the basement recreation room has been turned into a bedroom for me. It is a lovely size and has a fireplace. A coat of paint and the room was transformed. There is plenty of room for a computer table along with a makeup vanity. A mirrored closet is being installed the beginning of January to complete the new look. Also in this basement is a gorgeous bathroom with a generous walk-in shower and across from it two built in closets which contain ten pull-out drawers and a dozen cubbies. Need I say more? Our townhome is perfect for our family. Again thank you Paul for your patience in answering questions prior and after the purchase of our new townhome.
