The environment and everyone she works with is what Lyndsey loves most about her role at Paul Rushforth Real Estate. 

Since joining the team in March 2025, she’s become the friendly voice clients hear when they call, the organized hand coordinating moving truck bookings, and the thoughtful presence behind every thank-you card that goes out.

Lyndsey’s role may be behind the scenes, but it’s essential to the client experience. She answers calls with warmth, takes detailed notes on client concerns, to ensure that clients know they’re valued. 

“Everyone here is friendly and helpful no matter what the task is,” she notes, and that collaborative spirit is something she brings to every interaction.

Before joining the team, Lyndsey worked as a cashier at Metro, where she developed her customer service skills and learned the importance of making every person feel welcome.

Outside the Office

Lyndsey’s world revolves around her son, Loki, who is her absolute pride and joy. She’s also kept busy by Nala, her energetic husky who lives up to the breed’s wild reputation.

When she has downtime, you’ll typically find Lyndsey reading a good book or playing with her son. Her biggest inspirations are her son, and her dad. 

“My son is the reason I get up in the morning and continue to push through day-to-day tasks. My dad is the one person I always look up to. He’s taught me so much and I strive to be like him.”
