Kathleen’s role is all about the details. She ensures every property is showcased at its best, coordinating the listing process from start to finish.
With so many things becoming automated, Kathleen takes pride in adding a personal touch to every interaction, whether she’s answering questions, relaying messages, or connecting clients with the right resources. “How’s your day going?’ isn’t just small talk for her; it’s how she genuinely connects with clients and colleagues.
Her natural problem-solving abilities and customer service expertise come from a diverse career background. Before joining Paul Rushforth in 2001, Kathleen ran a daycare for 10 years, followed by retail experience in two merchandising roles.
This combination of caring for families and attention to visual presentation translates perfectly into her current role, where she helps agents present properties that speak to their clients’ needs.
Outside the Office
Kathleen is a proud mother to three adult sons. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym, getting lost in a good book, and cheering her husband and boys on at their sporting events. She also enjoys the occasional round of golf.
Giving Back
Kathleen is passionate about giving back to the community through two causes close to her heart: the Toy Mountain holiday drive and the Ottawa Humane Society.
