Real estate is in Jonathan’s blood. He can remember going to open houses with his Realtor grandmother when he was just four years old, and has always followed the industry. Although he initially thought of being a police officer – his father is chief in nearby Gananoque – a job in retail sales showed him how much he enjoyed providing superior customer service, prompting him to join the real estate profession.
Like others in his family, he has been gifted with the ability to make his clients feel at home, thanks in part to his small-town upbringing. His attention to detail and to his clients needs extends well past the closing of the deal. As a prior competitive hockey player, he shares his passion on the ice as a volunteer coach for minor hockey.
He took the time at our initial meeting to know us, our goals and our budget, set up a very useful automated search and was extremely responsive which is necessary for this crazy market (we saw the listing, did the viewing, made the offer and got our house all in less than 48 hours!). Jonathan was very helpful in the entire process, even after the offer was accepted and we were having issues with our financing. Would most definitely recommend. Cheers!
