Although this neighbourhood is one of the older ones in Ottawa, the majority of properties are well maintained. Public Transportation
Copeland Park/Bel-Air provides simple access to OC Transpo’s public transportation. Due to your proximity to Baseline station, you can travel to almost anywhere in Ottawa. If you’re able to drive to Baseline, there’s a parkway to park your car, although it is usually pretty full.
If driving to Baseline isn’t an option, you can take the 50 Tunney’s Pasture for easy access to the O’Train Light Rail Trail and downtown Ottawa. To travel towards Barrhaven or Baseline, take 50 Lincoln Fields. Both provide access to Iris Station as well.

Community and Entertainment in Copeland Park/Bel-Air
The Bel-Air Community Association is a voluntary organization to promote and protect the interests of the residents that reside in the Copeland Park/Bel-Air community. Residents can voice their concerns, ideas and organize activities for the community.
Also, relatively close to the Pinecrest Recreation Complex, containing a five-lane swimming pool, sauna, weight and cardio rooms, and the Barabara Anne Scott Arena for skating and hockey.
Wellington Village is home to a lot of creative spaces and people – so naturally there are a lot of galleries and studios for you to visit!

There’s also a bar attached to quench your thirst.
Found in the heart of College Square, Chances R is a stylish sitdown restaurant known for using the freshest and finest ingredients. A colourful play structure with a slide and monkey bars. There’s also two sets of swings and an open field to kick a soccer ball around.
This park is in the middle of the Bel-Air community. It contains a Ottawa summer swimming pool, swingsets, a play structure and a subtle field to throw a frisbee around. There’s also a skating rink set up for the winter.
A reasonably lovely field for dogs to enjoy. There’s also a well looked-after baseball diamond.
This park is found right across from the Agincourt Road Public School. This park has it all. Swings, play structure, baseball diamond and a wide-open field. During the summer, there’s an outdoor swimming pool that’s open from 12 AM till 7 PM. During the winter, there’s an outdoor rink for hockey and skating enthusiasts.
A spacious park for sports activities. This park includes two tennis courts which double as a street hockey court. There’s also a full-sized soccer field for kids and adults alike to enjoy.
