Susan is someone you want on your side; she’s the highly resourceful support system everyone needs. If you’re a friend, family member, client, or colleague, Susan’s ready and willing to help in any way she can.
As our Listings Coordinator, she plays a key role in helping us sell properties faster. In constant contact with agents and internal staff, Susan manages the listing process, prepping and posting critical information to both the MLS and online.
Over the years, she developed a fine eye for detail and problem-solving abilities while serving in administrative roles at financial institutions. Now, the entire Paul Rushforth Real Estate team is reaping the benefits. She masterfully multi-tasks and handles many projects beyond listings, including coordinating photography sessions, sign installations, marketing materials, and more.
Outside of work, Susan uses any chance she can get to spend time with family (especially her new grandson). She helps to plan fun getaways, like camping—a lifelong passion of hers. The Adirondack Mountains are a favourite destination, and she brings extended family to the same campsite she visited when she was a child.
At home, Susan enjoys gardening and making beautiful wooden signs. She freehand draws, paints, and weatherizes seasonal and holiday-themed signs. Loved ones are the lucky recipients of these gifts.
Susan regularly donates to CHEO and local food banks, but her desire to help others extends to furry friends as well. She adopts rescue animals and is a PAW member of the Ottawa Humane Society. Her monthly donation supports the organization’s efforts to save animals in our community.
