This was my first experience purchasing a home and I dealt with Stephen Cooper and Kevin Janega. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their honesty. They both made me comfortable. Kevin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. Steve was very patient and guided me through the process with professionalism and a smile. My only challenge with this transaction was an oversight by the lawyer. That being said, as soon as this was brought to the attention of Steve and Kevin, they immediately rectified the problem and once again put my mind at ease. Paul I just wanted to thank you and the team for an outstanding job in selling our house. From the minute Guy and I met you while filming All for Nothing last summer we felt very comfortable and secure in your knowledge of the market. Although we missed our posting deadline pertaining to the show we still knew we wanted Paul Rushforth Real Estate to sell our home for us. Well from the minute Guy and I met Kevin Janega we knew right away that we were going to be well represented and well taken care of. We held our breath not literally of course and had to wait from Thursday through Tuesday due the Easter weekend to finally sell for 25000 over our listing price I also have to say that being able to use the moving truck will be an added cost savings and nice bonus.
