Experience & Philosophy
Before real estate, Carter spent four years working as a roofer and completed an intensive firefighting program at Algonquin College. These experiences taught him what matters most when helping people through high-stakes decisions: staying calm under pressure, putting the client’s needs first, and working as a team.
Currently working in inside sales, Carter supports clients through property searches, market research, and the initial stages of their real estate journey. His construction expertise helps buyers understand what they’re actually getting, not just what’s staged and photographed.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside work, Carter is all about competition and fitness. He plays ball hockey year-round, including a trip to Canadian Nationals in 2025, and hits the gym five to six days a week.
