Experience & Background
As Director of Client Services since 2013, Jason has built his career on creating relationships with people he’ll never meet in person. “Unfortunately, I don’t get to meet most people I talk to in person,” he notes, “but I still enjoy building great relationships with our clients.”
Born and raised in Ottawa, Jason knows this city like the back of his hand. Over 30+ years, he’s lived all over the capital, giving him an intimate understanding of neighbourhoods, communities, and what makes each area unique. That local knowledge has proven invaluable to the thousands of clients he’s helped over the years.
Jason’s path to real estate was almost accidental. Fresh out of university with a banking background, he caught Paul’s attention and was brought onto the team. “I was searching for a career where I could interact with people and let my personality shine through,” he explains. Real estate turned out to be the perfect fit.
But don’t let his friendly demeanour fool you; Jason’s success comes from a relentless work ethic. His philosophy is simple but powerful: “If you say you’re going to do something… Do it.” His determination, discipline, and consistency have made him an essential part of the team’s client relations and a trusted liaison for past, present, and future clients.
Outside the Office
Family is everything to Jason. He’s been married for 8 years to his wife Sarah, who’s originally from London and transplanted to Ottawa. Together they have three daughters: Madeline, Sydney, and Summer, who keep them wonderfully busy.
When he’s not with his family, Jason channels his energy into athletics. You’ll find him on the mats at the local MMA/BJJ gym, on the rink playing ball hockey, or at the park with his kids.
His active, sporty nature and persistence show up in everything he does, from work to fitness to fatherhood.
