A graduate of Carleton University, Ryan brings over 15 years of experience, a deep understanding of the local market, and a passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

In fact, roughly a quarter of his business comes from working with investors who rely on his market knowledge and practical advice. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert, a designation that ensures his clients have a skilled advocate at the table when it’s time to close the deal.
Beyond real estate, Ryan’s background includes years in sales, public speaking, and leadership development. He’s also a former professional chef, so don’t be surprised if he evaluates the kitchen during a showing or shares a recipe while you’re touring homes!
Outside the Office
Ryan is a proud husband and father, and his family is the centre of his world. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him enjoying quality time with loved ones, tending to his garden, cooking, or heading to cottage country. He’s also an avid hockey player and skier who makes the most of every season.

Giving Back
Ryan is deeply committed to supporting organizations that serve Ottawa’s most vulnerable families. He regularly supports the Ottawa Food Bank, understanding how critical food security is for families in our community.
He also supports Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice, a pediatric palliative care facility that provides compassionate care for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Additionally, Ryan is a strong supporter of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), recognizing the vital role this pediatric hospital plays in the lives of countless Ottawa families.
