As the Client Care Representative at the front desk, Jada’s likely the first voice you’ll hear when you call the office. With her kind and cheerful personality, she knows how to draw out the best in people. Aside from answering the phone, her role entails getting info from leads, coordinating with realtors, and sending out communications and letters to clients. Her favourite part of the job is talking to people. “It’s fun to get to know them,” she says.
Jada was drawn to real estate after studying Interior Decorating at Algonquin College. “I would always ask for house tours whenever I’d visit friends. I love seeing how they decorate and style their home!” She continues to explore her artistic side while gaining experience in the industry.
For the past five years, she’s been involved with a charity called Snow Angels for CHEO, which raises money for CHEO’s oncology centre. Inspired by the ice bucket challenge for ALS, the annual fundraiser takes a slightly different approach to getting chilly for charity: “You do a snow angel in your bathing suit.”
An Ottawa native, Jada likes to spend her free time kickboxing, working out, and hanging out with friends and family.
