Debra’s job is to ensure that the real estate transaction is reviewed and completed properly within the brokerage. She thrives on assisting other real estate professionals by answering questions regarding transactions and real estate concerns while managing all the corporate accounting for the brokerage.
Debra is also a Real Estate Broker, obtaining her Real Estate license in 2011 as part of her commitment to the industry with a real estate career tracking back 13 years. Debra has an extensive background in accounting which is very helpful for the brokerage and the professionals attached to the business.
Debra is passionate about her work and is engaged and eager to contribute, assisting positively whenever it is required. From real estate clients to real estate agents, she is passionate about ensuring the best experience possible. With real estate being a huge purchase and for some, an emotional roller coaster, her goal is to make things easier for her co-workers and clients. She strives to see her agents and their clients leave with peace-of-mind, knowing everything is going to work out. Debra is calm, forthright and always eager to learn.
Outside of work, Debra loves to stay busy. Her husband plans fun “lollygagging” activities on the weekends for them to enjoy. In her free time, Debra enjoys gardening, felting and curling. Debra was directly involved with a charity called Help Lesotho, a charity she still supports to this day.
