1. Virtual Tours
There’s still a lot we don’t know about COVID-19. Some studies have shown you can have the virus without displaying symptoms. How can you be sure people haven’t entered the house carrying the virus? Well, the best way to practice social distancing while staying at home in your PJ’s is by performing virtual tours.
Virtual tours give you detailed videos and pictures of the property both outside and inside the home. Your real estate agent will walk you through the various features of the home, contract details and any other information you may need.
Although this isn’t the same as reviewing the home in-person, this is likely to be your safest option to dodge this virus. Contact your realtor and they can walk you through the entire process.
2. Disinfecting
None of our team members will be in the office, meeting with a client in-person or hosting an open house if they are exhibiting any signs of any illness such as cold, fever, cough or shortness of breath. At the office, we have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available to clients.
Whether it’s meeting a client or going to a home, our team is constantly practicing health and safety precautions. Our realtors will be thoroughly washing their hands as well as sanitizing and disinfecting high traffic areas at the office.
3. Video Chat
