Rae has the kind of passion and experience we love to have on our dedicated sales team. Her focus is on the clients and what they are looking for in both personal and investment properties. As a former property manager and a current investment property owner, Rae provides her clients with a unique perspective and valuable advice. . Rae brings knowledge, professionalism, and a wide range of experience to her clients. Even before receiving her realtor’s license in 2012, the market fascinated her and she worked hard to learn the ins and outs of real estate. . Her commitment to details and providing top-notch information makes her an asset to her clients. “My clients can trust me with the background of how it works,” she says. . Her time as a realtor has given her an appreciation for her clients and the journeys they are on, particularly for first time homebuyers. It is important to her that she be a part of an enjoyable and happy outcome. . Rae understands the responsibilities and the decisions that come with taking such a big step forward, and is always there to help with whatever the client may need. It helps that she is equally adept in English and Chinese (Mandarin). . Rae’s commitment to quality service and her experience made us excited to have her join us in 2017. The feeling is mutual. “It’s quite a unique group, and I like the team aspect. It’s amazing support,” she says. Having the team behind her, Rae is able to keep up with the markets and focus even more on helping her clients. . Rae enjoys spending time with her family, and being active. Given the choice, she prefers to be outdoors as much as possible. . . . #ottawarealestate #ottawahomes #ottawarealtor #realtor #realestate #realestateagent #sellmyhome #buyahome #investinginrealestate

To our clients, friends, and family. ❤️ Over the past few days, it has become clear that the world is facing some challenging times. We are deeply concerned and equally committed to keeping our community and families safe and healthy. ❤️ We have a few ideas we wanted to pass along to everyone: ❤️ 1. If the school closures have you concerned with your child not eating breakfast or lunch please let us know. We will do what we can to get you a box of cereal, milk, pb/j. No judgment, only love. ❤️ 2. If you are in need of a moving van to move a college student out of the dorms or need it for any reason, it is free for our community, friends, and clients. As much as our current scheduling will allow, please reach out to borrow it. ❤️ 3. We are fortunate enough to be a company that is adaptable and able to work remotely for everything our staff/clients need and will continue to operate in any capacity that is safe to do so. That being said, our offices will be temporarily closed to the public in the best interests of keeping everyone safe. Phones, emails, inquiries will still be answered/returned in the same manner you have come to expect from us. ❤️ I wanted to write this post to share how we are responding as a company to the situation. ❤️ We are humbled by your loyalty, and we take our responsibility to our clients, friends, teams, community and our partners very seriously. We have proudly served this community since 2004 and will strive to be a vital part of giving back to our community every. single. day.
