When it came to selling our house it never even hit the market
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased we were with the work Alec Schneider did for us recently.
First let me start by saying that we had a list of at least a half dozen potential agents that we would consider using when the time came to sell our home and buy a larger one. Alec Schneider and Kevin Janega were both on the list as my husband Rob knew them from when they worked at car dealerships. Alec had recently sent us a Christmas card with his business card and Rob has always thought highly of his sales skills so I contacted Alec late one Friday night.
Alec replied to me immediately and had me set up to look at houses two days later. The fifth and last property we looked at that day is the house we now own. I should point out that we only started this process at the beginning of January and we have been in our new place almost two weeks. The whole process went very quickly and Alec really was on his game to make it all happen in a timely and efficient manner.

Also Alec introduced us to Victoria Smith an exceptional mortgage broker who really came through for us after our own bank TD turned us down. Alec also gave us some names when we needed a home inspector. We used Closer Look and were very pleased with the service they provided.
Alec took the time to listen to us and help meet our needs. He was great at dealing with a sometimes irrational pregnant self-employed mother of three who was beyond stressed in the moment I am much calmer and happier now as is my husband thanks to Alec and the guidance he provided.

Working extensively in the Real Estate industry I selected Paul Rushforth Real Estate to list my home because they combine unparalleled expertise efficiency and personal relationships. Cutting corners was never an option for me especially when it comes to my biggest investment so the value that Paul’s Team communicated was evident from the start. Enough about my expectations let me explain the delivery.
My wife and I have been planning to upgrade our home but thought that it would be at least another 2 years before we made the plunge. Being an interior decorator my wife loves to browse through homes online. We found a home that peaked our interest so we called sales representative Erin Peck not to see the property but simply for a few details that we didn’t have access to online. Marco met with us and talked about his company and explained why we should list with them. He did not come empty handed. Marco had with him listings of comparable houses so we would be well informed with setting our price. We signed the papers that night and set up an appointment for the photographer. Our house would go on the market a week after deciding to list with The Paul Rushforth Team. The pictures made the house look amazing. While I was at work I got a call to confirm two more viewings for that day. To the Paul Rushforth Team Three weeks ago we found our dream property on the internet. We had been looking for a waterfront lot to build our dream home in a few years when the last two of our four kids would be ready to leave the family nest.
