I wanted to send you a quick message about Kevin Janega - and the great service I received from him. Yes selling is selling. But Kevin did such a great job. When I met with him to sign up my listing he answered all my questions and moved some furniture to the trash to help stage it for photos. Kev was honest in the process and would tell me he needed to check with the team before giving some answers as he was new top real estate. He walked me through a multi offer process was the middle man for the person who bought my home and when I was getting stressed about the approaching close date he did reply to my many text and e-mail. After One Day on the Market Our House was SOLD
I went online to the Paul Rushforth website to contact them about selling our house. Marco called me back within the hour to discuss my options and set up a meeting for him to view the house first hand and potentially list our home with him. Marco met with us and talked about his company and explained why we should list with them. He did not come empty handed. Marco had with him listings of comparable houses so we would be well informed with setting our price. We signed the papers that night and set up an appointment for the photographer. Our house would go on the market a week after deciding to list with The Paul Rushforth Team. The pictures made the house look amazing. Marco decided to hold an open house the day before the house would hit the market. Two hours after the open house there was a private viewing. The house went on the market the next day as planned. While I was at work I got a call to confirm two more viewings for that day. I walked in the house at 5 p.m and got word from Marco that we had some offers and he met with us at the house to go over them. We agreed on one of the offers and signed the papers. To the Paul Rushforth Team Three weeks ago we found our dream property on the internet.
