We knew Cedrick had a natural talent for real estate when he made the top 1.5% list for real estate sales in Ottawa in his first year! He hasn’t slowed down since, helping buyers, sellers, and investors alike get the right price and the right property.
One of Cedrick’s most important qualities is his adaptability and ability to tailor his services to what his clients need. “Every client is unique, so I listen, analyze their situation, and come up with a game plan that will ensure their needs are met,” he says.
He loves working with first time home buyers, and teaching them about the process of making the biggest investment of their lives. “I actually prefer it if they ask lots of questions. That means they care about the answer. It’s better to be informed than to make an assumption that might not be right.”
Another one of his specialties is helping people buy and sell homes at the same time, especially empty nesters. “Working with empty nesters is great because they often have a good idea of where they want to live and why. Cedrick also has a lot of experience with investment properties, and bought his first rental home at the age of 20. He’s bought and sold many properties since then, and has an excellent understanding of where to buy properties that will accumulate value, and how to time the sale to make a healthy profit.
Background and Education
Cedrick is originally from Northern Ontario, but has called Ottawa home since 2006. He has an Economics degree from the University of Ottawa and a diploma in Marketing Administration from Georgian College. His many years of sales experience come in handy during negotiations.
When he gets some time to relax, Cedrick loves spending time with his fiancée. He also enjoys playing hockey, baseball and golf.
